returns and exchange
At b.box, we understand online shopping differs from in-store experiences. If unsatisfied with a purchase, we offer returns/exchanges within 30 days, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. To initiate, email us with your details, including the reason for return. We'll provide a Return Authority Number. Send returns to b.box for kids, 6/205 Abbotts Rd., Dandenong South VIC 3175.
Note: Sale items are final - no returns for change of mind. Faulty items can be returned. Return postage isn't refundable unless the product is faulty. Items used, soiled, or without original packaging/tags will be sent back at the customer's expense.
We recommend using receipted or express post for returns as we're not liable for lost/damaged items in transit.
Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless product is deemed faulty. Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the products received are used, soiled, damaged or without original packaging and/or tags attached. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer responsible for any return shipping costs.
If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued via the same payment method used within 7 days of receipt of returned goods.
If exchanging the item, you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay the difference. We charge a minimum shipping charge within Australia when replacing goods.
