The b.box Black Friday Sale (Promotion) starts at 9am AEDT on Monday 24 November 2025 (6am Perth, 8am Brisbane, 8.30am Adelaide, 7.30am Darwin) and ends at 9am AEDT on Tuesday 2 December 2025 (6am Perth, 8am Brisbane, 8.30am Adelaide, 7.30am Darwin) (Promotional Period).

During the Promotional Period, customers located in Australia that shop at www.bbox.com.au online store will receive UP TO 80% off the recommended retail price on selected b.box and b.box body items only.

The Promotion is only valid while stocks last. Your order may be cancelled in whole or in part if it is unable to be fulfilled due to the unavailability of the item. In those circumstances you will receive a full refund for any payments made by you in respect of a cancelled item.

Discounts will be applied automatically to the selected b.box items and excludes postage. Standard shipping costs apply. We only deliver to locations Australia wide. Express shipping is not available during Promotional Period.

We will not under any circumstances be able to honour the discounted price on a past order in the form of a refund or store credit, irrespective of how recently your past order was placed. 1. Overview

During the Black Friday Sale period, b.box will run a series of daily flash sales featuring additional discounts on selected products. These Flash Sale Terms & Conditions (“Flash Sale T&Cs”) apply specifically to the daily flash sale promotions and must be read together with the Master Black Friday Terms & Conditions (“Master T&Cs”). In the event of any conflict, the Master T&Cs will prevail.

The Flash Sale T&Cs are also subject to b.box’s Privacy Policy, Shipping Information, Return & Exchange Policy, and General Terms & Conditions.

WIN BACK YOUR ORDER VALUE PROMOTION — TERMS and CONDITIONS 2025
  1. By entering the Promotion, each customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the b.box Black Friday Sale Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and/or refuse to award any prize to any customer who fails to comply with them.
  2. For orders placed on bbox.com.au during the Promotional Period ("Entry"), customers will go into the draw to win one of up to six b.box gift cards. Each gift card will be valued at the order value of the single order that was selected as the winning order, determined by the monetary amount paid by that customer and received by the Promoter for that single winning order (not the value of the products at usual prices) and excluding any shipping paid. While each gift card is based on the monetary amount paid by that customer for that single winning order, the gift card value cannot exceed $300 ("Prize").
  3. The b.box gift card is non-transferable, is not redeemable for cash and is valid for 3 years from the date of issue, unless specified otherwise.

B.BOX FOR KIDS Warehouse Sale runs 13th and 14th June 2025 (“event days”) or while stock lasts. Prices as marked. The Warehouse Sale includes styles that are samples, ex-display stock, slightly damaged, from previous collections and current collections.

• First in best dressed on event days. Please note that there are limited amounts of stocks in the Warehouse Sale so if you have your heart set on a specific item get in early to avoid disappointment

Returns

There are no returns on items purchased as part of the B.BOX FOR KIDS Warehouse Sale promotion. Items sold at the Warehouse Sale are not eligible for an exchange, refund or credit note due to you:

• You were made aware of a fault in the item prior to purchase

Mothers’ Day “Gift Card” Giveaway 2025 - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to customers who have made a purchase from b.box between 12AM AEST on 28/04/2025 and 11:59PM AEST on 04/05/2025 (the “Qualifying Period”). 2. How to enter

Please note: due to current technical limitations with the Shopify-Afterpay integration (built by Shopify), customers will still see Afterpay as a payment option at the checkout for orders with a value below $80.00 - however will not be able to proceed to the Afterpay gateway as the minimum order value is set on the Afterpay account. The Afterpay Development team are working with Shopify to improve the display of error messages at the checkout for when orders do not meet the minimum value, the current behaviour is that Shopify redirects back to the payment page instead of to the Afterpay gateway.

We reserve the right to request further identification if required and to cancel orders when further identification is requested, but not received or found to be unsatisfactory.




return and exchange policy

b.box understands that internet shopping is different from being able to pick-up and hold items the way you do in a ‘bricks and mortar’ store. That is why we if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase we will happily return/exchange the item/s, provided:


1. all items are returned within 30 days of receipt. no exchange, credit or refund can be given after 30 days for change of mind or if you have made a wrong decision.

2. FOR ALL SALE, BUNDLE BUILT (b.box x you), BUNDLE, ENGRAVED & LUCKY DIP ITEMS all transactions are final. No return or exchange is available for change of mind. Returns and replacements will ONLY be available if items received are faulty.

Non-engraved items: If a non-engraved item is returned by Australia Post because it couldn't be delivered, we will issue you with a refund for the undelivered item/s.

Engraved items: As these items cannot be resold as they are personalised especially for you, no refund/exchange will be provided for engraved items. However, you may choose to pay a re-shipping fee if you would like the item to be sent back to you.

Orders with both engraved and non-engraved items: If an order contains both engraved and non-engraved items, a refund will be issued for the non-engraved item/s only, whilst the engraved items and engraving fees will be deducted from the total order amount.


3. the product(s) must be as new, ie: unused, undamaged, unsoiled and in their original packaging and/or tags attached.

4. Email Us with the following details at hand: Your Name, Invoice Number, Product Name, Reason for Return and Request for replacement, exchange, credit or refund.

Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable unless product is deemed faulty. Under no circumstances will a refund or credit be given if the products received are used, soiled, damaged or without original packaging and/or tags attached. These items will be returned to the customer with the customer responsible for any return shipping costs.

It is suggested that you send your return package by receipted post or express post, as b.box cannot be held responsible for any product lost/damaged in transit. If you have requested a refund, a credit will be issued via the same payment method used within 7 days of receipt of returned goods. If exchanging the item, you may select an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay the difference. We charge a minimum shipping charge within Australia when replacing goods (unless faulty, please read below).

missing item or damaged in transit

Please ensure you open your parcel, check all items are included and are undamaged. Claims for missing or damaged items cannot be accepted after 7 days of receipt.



products deemed faulty

b.box prides itself on quality control and checks all products to the best of its ability before sending them out. If however you believe you have a product that is faulty, please email us as possible during business hours, with your purchase details.

You will be offered a replacement for your faulty item which will be sent to you at our expense. Where you choose to receive a full refund, we will refund you the full purchase price, including shipping. All faults must be reported in writing to b.box within 30 days of purchase. If you purchased more than one item in any single shipment, only the difference in costs of shipping the faulty item will be refunded. Shipping costs on items sent outside Australia are not refundable.




promotional emails

By placing an order with b.box, you authorise us to send you our promotional emails, exclusive sale offers and new product updates from time to time. If you do not wish to receive our promotional emails, please reply to your order confirmation with the 'unsubscribe' in the subject line.




gift cards

Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, cannot be refunded by the purchaser and are valid only for the addressee. They can be used on all products, including sale items. Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from date of issue, unless specified otherwise




refusal to supply services or products

b.box reserves the right to refuse or discontinue supply or services of any products without notice to persons who are deemed to engage in conduct or activities that b.box believes violates any of the a forementioned terms and conditions.

statutory guarantees and warranties to consumers

Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (“C&C Act”) defines a consumer. Under the C&C Act we are a supplier of either goods or services or both to you, and as a consumer the C&C Act gives you statutory guarantees. Attached to the Standard Terms and Conditions are:-

a. Schedule 2 of the C&C Act; and

b. those statutory guarantees, all of which are given by us to you if you are a consumer

If you are a consumer within the meaning of Schedule 2 of the C&C Act of our goods or services then we give you a warranty that at the time of supply of those goods or services to you, if they are defective then:-

a. We will repair or replace the goods or any part of them that is defective; or

b. Provide again or rectify any services or part of them that are defective; or

c. Wholly or partly recompense you if they are defective.

As a consumer under the C&C Act you may be entitled to receive from us notices under Schedule 2 section 103 of the C&C Act. In that regard:-

a. If you are a consumer within the meaning of Schedule 2 of the C&C Act and the goods or services we are providing relate to the repair of consumer goods then we will give you any notice which we are obliged to give you under Schedule 2 section 103 of the C&C Act.

b. If we are a repairer of goods capable of retaining user-generated data then we hereby give you notice that the repair of those goods may result in the loss of the data.

c. If we are a repairer and our practice is to supply refurbished goods as an alternative to repairing your defective goods or to use refurbished parts in the repair, then we give you notice that the goods presented by you to us for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. We also give you notice that we may use in the repair of your goods, refurbished parts.




limitation of liability

If you are not a consumer within the meaning of Schedule 2 of the C&C Act then this clause applies to you. If you are a consumer within the meaning of the C&C Act then this clause has no effect whatsoever to in any way limit our liability or your rights.

If you are not a consumer:-

a. To the full extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of an implied warranty or condition is limited to the supply of the services again or payment of the costs of having those services supplied again.

b. We accept no liability for any loss whatsoever including consequential loss suffered by you arising from services we have supplied.

c. We do not accept liability for anything contained in the post of a user or in any form of communication which originates with a user and not with us.

d. We do not participate in any way in the transactions between our users.

jurisdiction

However we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you may provide to us.
