Disassemble and dishwasher safe (top rack), or hand wash in warm soapy water. Our cleaning brush set is a handy tool for cleaning the rim and spout — that's where yoghurt likes to hide. Follow with a good rinse and air dry before reassembling.

Unscrew the lid, pull out the spout, then lift the collar off the pouch — that's your four parts ready for a clean.

To reassemble: place the collar onto the pouch, ensuring the notches of the collar align with the tabs on the pouch for a secure fit. Then insert the spout into lid and screw the lid back onto the collar firmly.

Unscrew and remove the lid and spoon or pour yoghurt or smoothie straight in — the wide opening makes filling easier. Screw the lid back on and ensure the cap is securely closed before packing.

Yes, totally normal! As your child consumes the contents from the pouch, air is removed, so they're getting more of the good stuff with every squeeze. To reinflate the pouch, simply open the lid for a second to release the air pressure, and it'll spring back into shape.
