you have questions? we have answers.

Step 1. Remove the silicone seal by pulling gently on the tab.

Step2. Handwash using warm soapy water and clean every compartment. Allow to air dry completely before reassembling.

Step 3. Your b.box lunchboxes can be put in the dishwasher. See guidelines below on washing recommendations:

- Lunchbox, max 60(degrees C)

- Mini lunchbox, top rack

- Snackbox, top rack

To preserve the print on our licensed products, we recommend hand washing over putting them in the dishwasher.

Align the seal and push the stretch circle feature through to the front side, making sure it sits flush with the lid.

On the inside of the lid, push down on the seal edges until they sit firmly in place.

More B Box!

"I love this brand, everything I’ve purchased has lasted so well! My son loves the colours and I love the compartments in the lunchboxes. Other mums have asked if I’ve got a Yeti water bottle but, I’ve been so happy with the B Box ones, and the fact I can now get it engraved beats any stickers!"

I searched for a lunchbox

"I searched for a lunchbox for so long. I even purchased one that I ended up returning. Once I finally came across the b. box I was sold because my son was starting kindergarten and I wanted something that would fit a whole sandwich and a whole apple and keep it cold. I also wanted the lid to stay attached so he wouldn’t lose it. This fit all my needs it’s perfect!"

Disappointed with the Customer Service Resolution

"Arrived with a torn label and visible black marks straight out of the box. Customer service advised me to clean and adjust the product myself rather than offering a replacement or return. I expected better when purchasing a brand-new item directly from the official website."

The best

"Have been searching for lunch boys like this that are perfectly compatible and can fit a whole piece of fruit for years. I bought 4 in the end because they are so good, easy to clean, perfect sized compartments, stackable in the fridge, easy for kids to use and fit perfectly in the front pocket of their school bags. Highly recommend them!"

— Donna M. (5/5)

Fantastic lunchboxes

"Replaced our son’s lunch box — which had lasted all through prep and halfway through grade one — with the exact duplicate because he and we love it so much. Incredibly practical and hard wearing but also fun."
