To confirm, our insulated drink bottle is only leak proof when the flip lid is shut.

This straw will leak from the small pressure hole and straw when the lid is left open, and the bottle is tipped on an angle/upside down. If it seems to be leaking when the flip lid is shut, try to close the lid slowly so you can see if the groove inside the lid is matching up with the straw? This is the part that presses on the straw ensuring it does not leak with the lid closed.

Also, it is best to ensure all parts are inserted correctly; by removing both the mouthpiece & straw from the lid and reinserting it to make sure the mouthpiece is pulled through all way until you hear that 'click'.

Excellent water bottles!

"Purchased these for the first time for my 2 primary aged girls. They keep super cold and are a nice size, not too small or big. Love the soft silicone carry handle and steel straw too, and they're not too heavy either. Only recommendation is to definitely buy the bumper for younger kids, my 7 year old has banged the bottom of hers around and scratched the colour off. Otherwise love everything about them!"
