Flash Sales

During the Promotional Period, b.box
will run a series of flash sales featuring additional discounts on selected
products (Flash Sales Promotion). 
The following additional terms & conditions will apply to the Flash
Sales Promotion (BTS Flash Sales T&Cs)

The BTS Flash Sales T&Cs apply specifically to the Flash
Sales Promotion and must be read together with the General T&Cs above. In
the event of any conflict, the General T&Cs will prevail. 

Promotion Channels

The Flash Sales Promotion will be available through the
following official b.box channels:

• b.box.com.au website
• b.box official Instagram page
• b.box official Facebook page

No other third-party sellers, resellers, or websites are
authorised to participate in the Flash Sales Promotion.

Promotion Period

The Flash Sales Promotion will be conducted during the
Promotional Period.  Each flash sale will
run for a period of 6-8 hours, unless otherwise stated for specific product
promotions.

Eligible Products

The following products will be included in various flash
sales during the Promotional Period:

• 1L insulated flip top bottle (all colours and
  maximum 3 items per order)
• bumper (all colours and maximum 3 items per order)
• lunchbox (Indigo Rose / Blue Slate and maximum 3
  items per order)
• 600mL Tritan drink bottle (Indigo Rose / Blue Slate
  / Strawberry / Ocean and maximum 5 items per order)
• insulated food jar (Midnight / Spearmint and
  maximum 3 items per order)

Discounts and product availability may vary by day.

Sold Out & Substitution Policy

All flash sale items are available while supplies last.

If a flash sale product sells out, b.box reserves the right
to:

• Substitute the sold-out product with another item
  of equal or greater value; or
• Withdraw the product from the promotion without
  notice.

b.box is not responsible for any technical errors, delays,
or omissions in stock updates during high-demand periods.

Conditions of Sale

• Discounts and offers are valid only during the
  applicable flash sale timeframes.
• Prices, discounts, and product availability are
  subject to change without notice.
• Offers cannot be combined with any other discounts,
  promotions, or coupon codes.
• For large orders additional shipping costs may
  apply.
• No rainchecks, backorders, or retroactive discounts
  will be honoured.
• All sales are final on promotional items unless
  defective or otherwise required by applicable law.
