Thumbs up for The Baby Show

Well it's taken us a week or so to recover from all the excitement that was The Baby Show in Sydney. It was the first time the show was held and we have to say it was a fantastic event, with lots of mums to be, mums, dads and nannas on hand to indulge. Don't despair Melbourne fans - your turn will come in March when The Baby Show comes to The Royal Exhibition Building - stay tuned. Anyway, Monique is still reciting the b.box spiel in her sleep after manning the floor without Dannielle who was back in Melbourne husband sitting - boys and sport we tell you! It was of course all a conspiracy so that Dan couldn't shop - but thankfully Monique was on hand as her personal shopper - our favourite find was the too cute for words girlie petticoats from Madison Lane. Monique's daughter Jasmine has been wearing hers daily. Dan's girls will have to wait for December when Sofia turns 3 - presents from nana. We'd also like to give a shout out to our fab neighbours at the show - our good friend Kelly from Little Bubble and Tree and new friend Stephen from Bajo, who sells gorgeous wooden toys that take you back to a more innocent time... Opposite us was Trudy from Li'l Ludy who makes the most divine bathers for toddlers that are "all Australian made... a li'l retro and a li'l different". And for all of you who have been asking us if cloth nappies fit into b.box - check out bambooty - “modern all-in-one cloth nappies that are fashionable, affordable, eco-friendly and cute to boot".
